We always arrange a team meeting. This serves as an opportunity for you to assess the team dynamics and determine if you feel comfortable working with the team members on a daily basis. Likewise, the team will also evaluate if you are a good addition to them.

Once the paperwork is complete, we'll greet you on your first day with a box full of useful items and an overview of our company. Then, we'll introduce you to your team to ensure a smooth start in your new role.
